About Trangram

Trangram is a system for wiring electrical parts on the Internet.

You can connect all of the electrical parts to the Internet using radio module (it is called TrangramI/O). These electrical parts are expressed as simple icons on WiringEditor. If you want to wire electrical parts to each other, you only have to drag and drop the wire from each icon. Right after you have saved the editing data, electrical parts become active.

Sesors such as switch, volume, and microphone send data to Trangram server everytime their status changes. Actuators such as LED and motor change their status when they receive messages from the server. Electrical parts can also be connected to software modules. With trangram, anybody can create new things using electrical parts easily.

Simple yet powerful!

It is very easy to use Trangram. First, you connect a controller called "sub rooter" to your home internet rooter. Next, go to your Trangram user page and activate your "sub rooter". Finally, search for the nearest TrangramI/O and available TrangramI/O will be automatically recognized.

WiringEditor is used to wire TrangramI/O. It is very simple, anyone can control it. You only need to drag and drop wires between the parts, and they will start moving as if they were physical connected.WiringEditor uses Open Source Project "WireIt".
